We currently ship within the United States only. All free shipping orders are sent via USPS Ground Advantage. Estimated delivery time is 2β5 business days after dispatch. Delivery windows shown at checkout are estimates provided by USPS and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary based on location, weather, carrier delays, or national holidays.
We offer optional shipping protection at checkout through Route.
If Route protection is selected:
Claims for lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be submitted through Route.
If Route protection is not purchased:
Customers must file delivery claims directly with USPS.
A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships.
Tracking can be used at any time to monitor delivery progress.
All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging to protect your privacy.
There are no product names, logos, or branding visible on the outside.
Ascend Nutrition currently ships within the United States only.
International shipping is not available at this time.
